Kaley Cuoco and husband Karl Cook are overjoyed to bring home their new dog Larry... after their beloved pup Norman died earlier this year

She shared the heartbreaking news in January that her beloved dog Norman had died.

But Kaley Cuoco and her husband Karl Cook looked as if they couldn't be happier on Sunday when they revealed that they had adopted a nine-year-old Mastiff mix named Larry.

The 35-year-old actress beamed as she and her 30-year-old equestrian husband gave the dog a tour of his new home.

Kaley and Karl were both dressed casually around the house, with her wearing a blue sweatshirt and short while Karl wore a white patterned shirt and shorts.

In one photo, the horse rider had his arms wrapped around Larry as he sniffed at Kaley's smiling face. 

'When you know you know!' the Big Bang Theory star said of their pet selection process.

'Welcome to the family, Larry! He’s a 9 year old ginormous mastiff chunk mutt of love and we are obsessed.'

She thanked the Paws for Life K9 Rescue shelter for connecting them to the perfect addition to our lives, while adding special thanks to his previous foster family for 'taking amazing care of him'

She included the hashtags, '#seniorsunday,' '#adoptdontshop,' and '#rescuedog.'

At nine years old, Larry is already at an advanced age for Mastiffs, which typically life from six to 12 years.

Since he's over six, he's considered a senior dog, though his new owners don't seem to mind have a more relaxed companion.

In one photo, Kaley gazed into the camera with a soft smiling while resting her chin on Larry's head as he looked up at her cutely. 

Another snap showed him ambushing her with licks while posing for a photo with her husband.

To illustrate how enormous the new dog was, Kaley crouched down over his back.

Later on Sunday, Kaley and Karl took Larry for a 'Family day out,' along with another large dog and two smaller pups who sat in a stroller.

The Flight Attendant star, who lives on a farm in the Coachella Valley, has been cagey in the past about how many dogs she owns.

In an interview with Variety from February, she would only says that she has a 'large pack of dogs' for fear of getting in trouble with the law.

'I'm not allowed to say how many I have, because I am afraid they will come knocking, saying that it's an illegal amount.'

Their home is located in Riverside County, which requires that all residential properties with more than five dogs or 10 cats must apply for a kennel or cattery permit.

Complicating matters are her other animals, including a pet bunny Simon, her pet goat Tarantula and their 25 horses.

Kaley introduced Larry to one of her horses in an Insta Stories photo from later on Sunday, joking that he was 'already a barn dog' since he didn't appear to be flustered at all by the towering horse.

The new dog comes into the couple's lives months after they said goodbye to Norman, Kaley's longtime pet who died at the ripe old age of 14.

In a heartrending post from the start of the year, the TV star share black-and-white photos of her tearfully saying goodbye to the very good boy.

'earth shattering deep gut wrenching pain I didn’t know was possible. Norman, you were my entire world for 14 years.' 

Her bond with the dog was so strong that he inspired the name and design of her production company, Yes, Norman Productions.
