Cat Begs Owner for Cheetos Instead of Chicken in Adorable Video

Some of us like to eat healthy, while others prefer to snack on junk food and, if a recent TikTok video is anything to go by, the same can be said for cats.

In the footage, shared to the social media app by Kittenrhardingile on June 22, a ginger cat can be seen on its hind legs before a woman who is holding a packet of Cheetos.

The cute pet is licking its lips in anticipation, eyes transfixed on the snack. The camera then pans to a pair of grey cats on the other side of the kitchen, who are tucking into a plate of chicken pieces.

The woman can be heard saying: "So here we are. Where all of your friend are eating nice chicken, and your ass wants Cheetos. Like, is that just what is happening right now?"

The adorable video captioned is captioned: "#catlover #cat #catsoftiktok #foryou #fypシ."

The video has gained lots of popularity online, having been viewed more than 877,100 times and surpassed 241,500 likes.

Many people flocked to the comments section to share their thoughts on the humorous footage.

One TikTok user, Jett Rosch, joked: "How do you think he gets so orange?"

Another person, William Bell, added: "Oh my god my cat goes crazy for them."

Chloe found the cats behavior totally relatable, writing: "Lmao that's me. All my friends eat healthy and I'm out there with Cheetos."

Xiao.is.cute typed: "And that's the story about the white cat that turned into an orange cat because he ate Cheetos."

Jsaldivar87 wrote: "That cat is my inner spirit animal lol."

Luceith commented: "My cat does the same thing except he will steal my food off my fork or plate."

Danicia M Will stated: "Ginger cats are different breeds! Lol that's how my cat is!"

And in other cat news, a feline recently went viral after a video showed her squeezing under a shut door.

In footage posted to TikTok by Stlrgrl8717, the pet, whose name is Holly, can be seen squeezing under a door.

The pet navigates the tight spot by going head first, then twisting her body as she shuffles on the carpet.

The impressive move makes it appear as though the cat has turned to liquid in order to fit beneath the door.

Text overlaying the clip reads: "Our cat, Holly, turns into a liquid cat and leaves the room underneath the door."
