ELSIE, MI – A deer was rescued from a storm drain and helped back to the woods by Mid-Michigan firefighters on Thursday.

The Elsie Area Fire Department responded to a deer stuck in a private drain filled with murky water. They used a ladder to reach the deer and carry it out.
