Ryan Reynolds treated one of the world's 'oldest 21-year-olds' to a free drink in honor of her Leap Day birthday this year.

Arlene Manko was born on February 29, 1936 — so while legally she'll be considered 84 this Saturday, she's technically only celebrating her 21st birthday.

In honor of the momentous occasion, Deadpool star Ryan, 43, poured Arlene her first 'legal' drink drink from his liquor company Aviation Gin.

Aviation Gin released the funny new ad celebrating Arlene's achievement today, calling her the world's 'oldest 21-year-old.

Arlene — who, they point out, is not an actor — is interviewed in her home about her life.

She is also shown at a liquor store, where a cashier looks dubious as he checks her ID.

'I was technically five years old when I got married,' she says. 'I had seven kids in ten years. Do you think sometimes I didn't want a drink?'

'Following in the rules and doing what you're told is important to me because that's what I was taught. You don't get in trouble when you do what you're told,' she goes on.

'Thirty thousand six hundred seventy-nine days I've waited to turn 21.'

Now, finally, she is 'turning 21' — and Ryan says in a voiceover: 'We wanted her first legal drink to be Aviation Gin.'

Arlene is shown taking a sip of what looks like a gin and tonic, with a birthday cake sitting nearby.

'Holy Moses!' she exclaims.

Arlene also admits that when she was approached about the ad, 'I didn't know who Ryan Reynolds was.'

'Ignore her. She's been drinking,' Ryan quips in the voiceover.

Arlene isn't the only faux-21-year-old getting a free drink: Aviation Gin is celebrating anyone else born on February 29, 1936. All they have to do is email Ryan@aviationgin.com for a gift card.
